Heh, this is more like it, though just 5 books would get a little boring after awhile. Could I bring a Kindle instead? ^_^ It doesn't need batteries, it's solar powered!!

Ahem. So assuming that I can't bring a Kindle I would bring:

The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman

Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden

HP and the Deathly Hallows by J.K Rowling

The Iliad by Homer (I haven't read all of this yet, but I figure I should bring at least one book I haven't read)

Catch-22 by Someone whose name I forget

and... wait, that's it right?

And no, I am NOT BRINGING ANY LOTR!!! Surprisingly enough, I haven't read any of them yet, so rather then just bring one and torture myself for the rest of my life wondering what happens in the other two books, or bring all three of them and only have room for two other books, I shall just scrap them altogether. Sorry. XD

EDIT: I possible, I might trade one of my first choices for the Complete Works of Shakespeare because I'm a nerd in love with English literature and all that good stuff. XD
